Find the number of electron in shell 2nsquare so m = 2l+1 m=3.
L =1 now use n= l-1.
N = 2 put the 2*2*4 = 8 e so + electron in 4.

No of waves mean no.of orbits( shells)
I.e when m=+_3 ( which is also equal to azimuthal qunatum number l=3)
As l= n- 1.
so;
n= l+ 1.
= 3+1=4.
