Nucleus itself a combination of protons and neutrons and also mass of electron is lighter than neutron&proton. So if they come together nucleus will become unstable it cause blast (Fusion) and release energy.

Nucleus is a combination of neutrons, protons (+) and mass of electrons which is lighter than neutron and proton.

So, if they collide together the nucleus will become unstable, it will cause fusion and release their energy.

Nucler atom is around the orbitals from consist protorn why?

The nucleus of an atom is positively charged. The neutrons have no charge but the protons are positively charged thus there are no electrons in the nucleus of an atom hence it consists of protons and neutrons.
