Aand B both are correct as it says 'only Hydrogen'. 2 neutrons and one proton means its Tritium.

Hydrogen has only 1 proton and proton also means the atomic number of any element.

Hydrogen has only one electron (electronic configuration) and proton, zero neutrons:
Atomic.no - Mass.no = 1 - 1
So, Neutron = 0.
