Hydrogen has only one electron (electronic configuration) and proton, zero neutrons:
Atomic.no - Mass.no = 1 - 1
So, Neutron = 0.
Atomic.no - Mass.no = 1 - 1
So, Neutron = 0.

Hydrogen has only 1 proton and proton also means the atomic number of any element.

Aand B both are correct as it says 'only Hydrogen'. 2 neutrons and one proton means its Tritium.

Hydrogen has three isotopes.
One is protium, second deutrium, third tritrium.
Protium is the only hydrogen isotopes whose abundance on the earth--- is more than that of the other two isotopes.
And by default we always consider protium has one proton n one electron and so it's mass is 1g.
Whereas, deutrium has one nuetron, one proton, n one electron and hence it's mass is 2g.
And, tritium has two nuetrons, one proton, one electron. Hence it's mass is 3g.
