Malleable means cutting the metals in form of thin sheets. Gold is the most malleable among the given 3 options.

I think it is not gold because the sheets we saw on sweets are made up of silver.

MALLEABLE is a state of a metal or mineral such that it can be flattened under the blows of a hammer into thin sheet without crumbling or breaking into fragments. Malleable is having the capacity of change something.

Both Ag and Au have malleable capacity, but gold has a great affinity towards malleability due to its larger size, so outer unpaired electron get shifted, which causes malleability. THANK you.

I satisfy with answer because, 1 gm of gold spread about 2 km. So gold is more malleable than other options.

Silver is used also because it is not expensive than gold.

Other need to be heated very long but gold not needs to be heated so long. It can be expanded itself without such hard work.
