Gold is the most malleable of all metals; a single gram can be beaten into a sheet of 1 square meter, and an ounce into 300 square feet. Gold leaf can be beaten thin enough to become transparent. " Pure Platinum is also quite plastic, as are pure Silver, pure copper, pure lead, and other metals.

Other need to be heated very long but gold not needs to be heated so long. It can be expanded itself without such hard work.

Malleable means the expansion capacity in simple words. You Must have seen golden neck jewellery of gold. It's true that 1 gram of gold can make 2km length of a neck chain. There were very long expanded decorated chains in Ancient forts.
