This question can be solved by these formula,
Q= Fr/B.W
Where Fr = Resonant frequency.
B.W = Bandwidth.
Q= Fr/B.W
Where Fr = Resonant frequency.

Fr = 1/2 * pi * Sq.(LC).
Q = 1/R * Sq.(L/C).
Rt = R1 + Rw = 33 + 7 = 40 Ohm.
Finally, B.W = R/2 * pi * L.
B.W = 40/(6.28 * 1.8 * 10^-3),
B.W = 3.5385 KHz.
