Laplace transform of sint = 1/(s^2+1) and laplace transform of e^(-3t)sint = 1/((s+3)^2+1).
now, t.e^(-3t)sint = d/dt(1/((s+3)^2+1).) = 2(s+3)/((s+3)^2+1))--------> 1.
at s = 0, we get 3/50 as answer from the above equation -----> 1.
