In the graph. As the Vce increases to 0.7, the Ic increases exponentially until it reaches saturation point.

After saturation point Ic connot increase further as the Vce increases (above 0.7V) to cutoff point, in this case Ic is constant in active region.

Ic will be constant in active region, so then only transistor operates like an amplifier. Beyond that input voltage is increasing transistor enters into saturation region.

It is a wrong answer, collector current is constant when the transistor is in saturation region.
