Why P-N-P?

Because holes are majority carriers in p type semiconductor.

By seeing graph how we can determine it is a p-n-p?

Since, here in graph Vcb given is -ve value.

That itself shows that collector is connected by -ve terminal of a battery.
So, for reverse bias collector have to have only P type.that justify PNP.
Correct me if am wrong.

Since, Vcb is in negative values, the collector is negative with respect to the base, and the base is negative with respect to the emitter, thus making it a pnp device.

It is a common base transistor since the input is Ie.
