It seems to be wrong.

As per wheat stone bridge formula.

R1*R4 = R2*R3.

Here Rv is R4.

Then we get R1 as 38.857 ohm.

R1*R2 = R3*R4.

So R4 = (R1*R2)/R3.

R4 = (3500*200)/680 = 1029 Ohm.
