(4*V/I) = R.
(4*10/2mA) = R.
R = 20 kohm.

|So simple total current is 2mA and total four resistance is equal value so 2/4 = 0.5mA.
So each resistance current is 0.5mA.
And in parallel voltage is same so voltage is 10v.
R = v/i = 10/0.5 = 20kohm.
