According to ohms law, I = V/R.

Given :

V = 50v.
R = red ,orange,orange,silver = 23 X 10^3 with 10% tolerance.
So, I = V/R = 50 /(23x10^3) = 2.2mA.

In this problem nobody taken Silver band +/-10 % Tolerance while calculating Ohmic value? if consider answer A is correct. Answer B does not satisfy here.
