Red = 2.
Orange = 3.
Multiplier = 10^3(Orange).

Silver= 10 (Don't Consider Silver because they not given at Maximum Or Minimum Resistance).
Then, 23*10^3.

23000Ohms.
Current = V/R.
= 50/23000
= 0.002173
= 2.17mA Nearly 2.2mA.

V=I*R.

So, given v=50000, R is given as the colour whose R=22727, so we get I=2.2A.
