183.3÷5=36.63,when we divide the numerator by 5, double the numerator and move the decimal to left side.

To find the answer for this question is very easy, How?

Just add all the decimals and divide by 5 (23/5 = 4.6).

So find the answer which has last digit 6, it is none other than answer D (36.66).

As Sandip said 183.3 * 20. If we are calculating all the interest on loans we are not getting that value.
