Guys,

I hope you understood how we got to 451/586.

Now just divide numerator and denominator with 451.

i.e. , (451/451)/(586/451) and that is equal to 1/1.29. So rounding off the denominator to one digit gives 1/1.3.

Now multiplying numerator and denominator by 10 gives (1*10)/(1.3*10).

And thus we arrive at the solution i.e. , 10/13.

And Transport (586) the total expenditure on Taxes (451) mean when the condition is 586/451 then what answer of that question please explain that.
