See here 586 is divided by 451, we get 1/1.29
Which is approx. 1/1.3

How did you get the 1/1.29 answer particularly to 1?is it automatically to put 1 on 1.29 as a numerator?

Divide 586 by 451 approx there will be 1.3,
Then easily ratio will be 1/ 1.3 = 10:13.
