Which is aprox equal to 1:1.3 = 10:13.

451/451 = 1*10 = 10

586/451 = 1.3*10 = 13

You can make it easy with an approximation.

45/58 = 1/1.3.

Simplify 451/586 : 586/451 = 0.76 : 1.28.

Approx.
1 : 1.3.

Note that you can't leave ratio in decimal figure. So, you multiply (1:1.3) by 10
= 10 : 13.

We get 456/586 = (0.77)

Round off to 450/590(0.76) aprox then it becomes 45/59 = 3/4

= 1/( 4/3) = 1/1.3
