Which is aprox equal to 1:1.3 = 10:13.

Simplify 451/586 : 586/451 = 0.76 : 1.28.

Approx.
1 : 1.3.

Note that you can't leave ratio in decimal figure. So, you multiply (1:1.3) by 10
= 10 : 13.
