Should not the answer be 7.5% rather than 75%?
If 360 degrees is 100%, then 63 degrees is 17.5%. Similarly, 36 degrees is 10%.
The difference between 17.5%-10% = 7.5%.

It is divided by 360 because is you added all the numbers in a pie chart it would equal 360 degrees.

45/360X100 = 125.
125 can be written in mixed fraction as 12 1/2 that is 12 * 2 = 24, 24 + 1 = 25.
