The first commercial consignment of 1.5 Metric Tonnes of fresh Amrapali mangoes from Jharkhand was exported to London, United Kingdom, on June 7, 2026. The mangoes were sourced from Beura Farmer Producer Company Ltd., an all-women Farmer Producer Company located in Bano Block of Simdega district. The export was facilitated by APEDA under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and handled by M/s JGB Agrofresh Pvt. Ltd. This export highlights the growing international demand for Indian mangoes and showcases Jharkhand's potential in agricultural exports and horticultural development.
