SEBEX 2 is India's latest revolutionary explosive developed by Economic Explosives Ltd (EEL), a subsidiary of Solar Industries, based in Nagpur. It offers twice the lethality of standard TNT and is designed to enhance the destructive capabilities of artillery shells and warheads without increasing their weight. Certified by the Indian Navy, SEBEX 2 is set to bolster India's defence capabilities significantly, showcasing advancements in Indigenous defence technology.

India and Saudi Arabia have strengthened their naval training collaboration through the integration of 76 trainees from the King Fahad Naval Academy of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) into the First Training Squadron (1TS) of the Indian Navy at the Southern Naval Command in Kochi. This initiative aims to bolster bilateral naval cooperation and foster mutual understanding between the two nations. The training program encompasses various activities such as seamanship, simulator exercises, and sail training onboard, enhancing operational skills and inter-naval camaraderie between India and Saudi Arabia.

Adani Defence & Aerospace has signed an agreement with Thales Group to manufacture 70mm rockets locally in India. This collaboration supports the Indian government’s "Make in India" initiative and aims to enhance self-reliance in defence production. Thales Group, headquartered in Paris, France, specializes in designing and manufacturing electrical systems, devices, and equipment for the aerospace, defence, transportation, and security sectors globally.

INS Sunayna, the second Saryu-class patrol vessel of the Indian Navy, entered Port Victoria, Seychelles as part of its long-range deployment in the South West Indian Ocean Region. This deployment coincides with the celebration of Seychelles National Day and marks the continued participation of Indian military contingents in the event since 1976. The visit includes various engagements and activities aimed at strengthening bilateral ties and maritime security cooperation between India and Seychelles.

The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) developed the Medium Range-Microwave Obscurant Chaff Rocket (MR-MOCR) and delivered it to the Indian Navy. This technology, developed by DRDO’s Jodhpur lab, creates a microwave obscurant cloud in space to protect against threats equipped with radio frequency seekers. The rocket's effectiveness in reducing radar detection was validated through Phase-I and Phase-II trials conducted on Indian Navy ships, demonstrating its strategic significance in naval operations.
