I don't understand the answer to this question.
How the jumbo could access the face of the tunnel in order to drill if the muck is still placed at the face of the tunnel? As far as I know, both tasks can't be done simultaneously until at least the muck will have been removed in part.
In addition, why is not very easy to remove the muck in the top heading phase. I understand the relative difficulty in removing the muck starts during the benching operation (in case of two lateral benches).
Please, anyone, explain.
