DS = m-2j+r.
= 9-12+3 = 0.
= 9-12+3 = 0.

Is it dsi or dki? And what is the no of joints?

I think the answer should be 1.
Because here m =10, r=3 and joints are 6.
Therefore m+r-2j.
10+3-(2 * 6) = 1.
Because here m =10, r=3 and joints are 6.
Therefore m+r-2j.
10+3-(2 * 6) = 1.

M+r-2j
M=10
r= 5
J= 6.
So the answer is correct.
M=10
r= 5
J= 6.
So the answer is correct.

Why you calculate r =5?
If here joint take 6 then member 10. The answer is 1. If take joint 7 then member 12. The answer is 1.
So the answer is always 1.
If here joint take 6 then member 10. The answer is 1. If take joint 7 then member 12. The answer is 1.
So the answer is always 1.

m=2j - 3
10=12 - 3
= 1.
So the Ans is 1. How it is 3? please explain.
10=12 - 3
= 1.
So the Ans is 1. How it is 3? please explain.
