So, 273 is on the fourth quadrant and to find, W.C.B = 360 - 87 = 273.

We know that,

W.C.B=360-R.B (in case of the 4th quadrant),
so,
W.C.B=360-87=273°.

It is in 4th quadrant, because it is northwest. North west is at 4th quadrant and it is the clockwise direction it will be 360-87=273.
