So, consider fy = 2400 kpa.

Hence Avg. shear stress = 0.4 * 2400 = 980 kpa.
So, B or C.

If the thickness of member is less than 20 mm then Fy is 250 Mpa.

For 20-40 mm, Fy is taken as 240 Mpa.
For t > 40mm, fy is 230 Mpa.
