Breadth of flange (bf) > width of beam(bw). So answer is not option C.

For Isolated T beams,
Bf = bw + L/ (L/b + 4) = 200 + 7000/ (7000/200 + 4) = 379.5 mm < b (200 mm) as per IS code.
So the only option is C = 176 M.
I didn't get it either but it is as per IS CODE 456 : 2000.

Breadth of T-beam is:
1) 1/3 of eff span.
2) center to center distance of beam.
3) 12x depth of flange + width of the beam.
Which ever is less
Answer is;
As per 1) (300-20+13)/3 = 97.66 cm.
As per 2) 300 cm.
As per 3) 12x13+20 = 176 cm.
According to the conditions less is 97.66 cm.

It should be an isolated T beam.
