Given: bond stress= Sb, stress= t, and length = l.
Bond Stress= Shear Force/ (Lever Arm * Perimeter of reinforcement).
sb= (t* (π*d^2/4))/ (l * π * d).
l = t * d/4sb.
Bond Stress= Shear Force/ (Lever Arm * Perimeter of reinforcement).

l = t * d/4sb.
