D^2+D-2F^2=0.
D=Sequent depth ratio=10.30,
F=Froude number.
(10.30)^2+10.30=2F^2,
[(10.30)^2+10.30]÷2 = F^2,
F = 7.628
F = 7.63.
D=Sequent depth ratio=10.30,
F=Froude number.
(10.30)^2+10.30=2F^2,
[(10.30)^2+10.30]÷2 = F^2,
F = 7.628
F = 7.63.

Here, y2/y1 = 1/2 {[sqrt of (1+8f^2)]-1}.
