Given answer is correct.
Fixed end moment = (wl^2/2)-(3wl/8*l) i.e. wl^2/8.
Fixed end moment = (wl^2/2)-(3wl/8*l) i.e. wl^2/8.

The reaction at A is zero.
Taking moment at x-x from the right side.
So, RA*x-W*l/2*l/4=0.
We get WL2/8.

The given answer is right.
Prop reaction 3wl/8. So, fixed end moment is (wl^2/2)-(3wl/8*l)=wl^2/8.

Answer for this question should be wl^/12.
As force will be wl acting at l/2 hence moment will be wl^2/2.
