What about sulphate resisting cement?

I guess they have better resistance to sulphate attack. Am I right?

Porland pozzolana cement use because it is a sulphate resisting cement, high alumina to should be in the option.

A is the right answer. You have to go for the characteristic of pozzolana cement ie increase curing time (as it is in water), makes low permeability means makes impermeable (as waters try to enter but pozzolana resists that), and low heat of hydration. So a portland pozzolana cement can do the job.
