3*150 = 450.
7*60 = 420.
420*450 = 189000 l.

@All.

It is;
54x7/3=126,

Then 126x150 =18900.

100% efficiency can't possible for a machine.

Effective working time = 420 minutes (7 hours).

Batching time = 3 minutes.

No : of batching = 420/3 = 140.

Output concrete for 1 batching = 150 liters.

For 140 batching = 150*140 = 21000 liters. (This is the actual value).

But I think here they consider the efficiency of the batch plant as 90%.

= 21000*90/100 = 18900 liters.

There is any clues for assuming the efficiency = 90%?

Effective working time= 7 hours = 7*60 = 420 minute.

Per batch time = 3 minute.
Number of mixing batch = 420/3 = 140.

Output concrete of per batch = 150 litre.
Output concrete 140 batch = 140*150 = 21000 litre.

Assuming the efficiency = 90%.
21000* 0.9 = 18900.

The minimum mixing time is 2 minutes and why the value 3 is min batching is mandatory? Please explain me.
