The workability is directly proportional to cement-water ratio so if water increases workability decreases.

Option c is actually correct. Bulking of sand depends upon the fineness of cement. More the fine more is the bulking.

Option A is incorrect because moisture content increase with increases the workability of concrete.

Bulking of sand also depend on fineness of Sand so option A is the correct answer.

I think C is not correct because bulking of sand is depend upon moisture content.
