It belongs to the slump cone test. Use to find the workability of concrete. In which concrete fill in the slump cone in 3 layers and compact with the steel rod 25 times of each layer.

In a slump test, concrete is filled in 4 layers each layer approximately of height of mould. Each layer is tamped 25 times by the tamping rod evenly. A slump test is performed for on-situ determination of workability.

Hence, the correct option is (B).
