Actually 1m3 of the volume contain 1000 kg of water or 1000 liters of water. So both weight and volume will be correct.

The correct answer is only option B.

Answer B is correct.

Because,

Water : 1000 kg -> By weight. 1m3 -> By Volume
Cement : 1440 kg-> By weight 1m3 -> By Volume
And the Ratio : 0.694 : 1

Both rations are not same So that the answer E is definitely wrong.

The Density of these both i.e. water & Cement is different, therefore w/c ratio cannot be calculated by using its volume so, the ans. A is also wrong.

Finally, B is the correct answer.
