No, it's wrong.
If the aggregate contains some moisture in the pore and has surface dry is called dry aggregate while the aggregate pores filled completely with water and having surface dry is called SSD aggregate. That's the difference
So, Option C is correct.

Yes, C is correct answer because,
1. The aggregate in which pores are filled with some moisture and having surface dry is called Dry Aggregate.
2. The aggregate in which pores are filled with no moisture and having surface dry is called Very Dry Aggregate.
3. The aggregate in which pores are filled with full moisture and having surface just wet is called Moist Aggregate.
4. The aggregate in which pores are filled with full moisture and having surface just dry is called Aggregate.

Answer is dry aggregate. In saturated surface dry aggregate all the pores are completely filled with water but having their surface dry.

Saturated surface dry (SSD) is defined as the condition of an aggregate in which the surfaces of the particles are "dry" (i.e, surface adsorption would no longer take place), but the inter-particle voids are saturated with water.
So the given answer is right.
So the given answer is right.
