It's dry aggregate because when the press are completely filled with water it is saturated surface dry but here the just gave the pores have moisture so I think it's dry aggregate.

Given option is right. Moisture is some pores called Dry aggregate & in all pores called saturated surface dry aggregate. In question it said moisture in all pores.
