Bleeding is a form of segregation. And from above points, cohesiveness means attraction or gathering or binding of ingredients together but segregation is the result of coming out of semi-liquid water cement from its paste. So, according to it cohesiveness means less liable to segregation.

When the cohesive property of concrete increases, then there will be chance of generation of bonding between each particle in concrete, so there will be no chance of segregation (Separation of particles).

Cohesive means bonding force and segregation means separation, when boding is increased between ingredients of concrete then segregation will be less.

Suppose you are filling a formwork with concrete, if the water or cement slurry runs out from formwork joints/gaps it is termed as bleeding.

Cohesion means molecular attraction between same type of material.
In different type of material molecular attraction is adhesion.

Cohesion means bonding b/w molecules, by this property b/w concrete particles it is less liable to segregation.

Bleeding of concrete is nothing but addition of more amount of water in concrete mix it happens bleeding.

Bleeding - Drops of water by the side of formwork.
Latience- Water found to the top surface.

@Jitendra.
Bleeding is defined as water occur from the concrete mix onto the top surface.

Increased cohesiveness of concrete.
Binding properties Increased then segregation less.
