Bleeding is a form of segregation. And from above points, cohesiveness means attraction or gathering or binding of ingredients together but segregation is the result of coming out of semi-liquid water cement from its paste. So, according to it cohesiveness means less liable to segregation.

Suppose you are filling a formwork with concrete, if the water or cement slurry runs out from formwork joints/gaps it is termed as bleeding.
