I think honey comb is correct answer because there is not confirm that segregation and bleeding condition.

Honeycomb is form of void and hollow in concrete object. And we can say irregularly space.

Badly mixed concrete means not uniformly mixed so result in honey combing. Segregation is due to the separation of ingredients rather it is well mixed. Segregation may be in the time of transportation and pouring.

Honey combing is nothing but the cement slurry between the form work or the course aggregate appear in concrete work.

Honey combing occurs also due to w/c ratio less than 0.35, bleeding due to excess water, so segregation is the correct one.

Honey combing means that 1:4:10 & it is bed mixing of mix design.

Honeycomb is due to insufficient compaction and segregation is due to badly mixed concrete and bleeding is due to excess in water.

I also think honeycomb is due to insufficient compacting, bleeding is correct answer.

Ya segregation is the right answer. Honey combing is occurs due to presence of voids in it.
