Honeycombing is the term used to describe areas of the surface that are coarse and stony. In my opinion, badly mixed cement concrete result is honeycomb, segregation, and bleeding.

1. Course aggregates are separated from the concrete.
2. Groute (cement+paste) is separated from the concrete.

I think it's the right answer because segregation and bleeding are a property of concrete after placing.
