775 + 75 = 850.

Aircraft speed = ground speed+/- air speed.

(+ For the same direction, '-' for the opposite direction).

As we know, When the wind is blowing in the direction of the flight, airspeed is less than cruising speed.

Therefore 775-75=700 knots.

So, here 675 knots is the nearest answer to this, Hence 675knots is correct.

700 is the correct answer.

850 is a blunder.

It should be 700, because aircraft and the air have the same direction, now the airspeed be the relative of both, which must be 700.

How this came?

It should be 700 rather than 675.

As Vair = Vground - Vwind = 775 - 75 = 700 knots.
