How the heat waves reflected by a mirror?

"heat" can't travel through a vacuum, but light can. Heat transfer occurs by three mechanisms: conduction, convection and radiation (light, in other words). In a vacuum only the last of the three is possible. After all the sun heats the earth despite the vacuum in between the two bodies.

How tell me how heat transfer by mirror?

You see, light is a material in the general sense of the word (it's made of particles), but heat is a property (like color or momentum). Infrared radiation, which *transmits* heat, can indeed be reflected by metallic mirrors.

How heat waves reflected by the mirror. Heat can pass through vacuum ex: vacuum oven.

Can not reflect by mirror thats wave not light.

Heat in the former of radiation pass through vacuum that's why heat energy comes from sun, also it is reflected by mirror that is the principle behind polished surface in vacuum flask interior and in the form of radiation heat waves pass in straight line but in conduction the path is defined by shape of the matter.

Dear friends heat wave can travel in vacuum (ex. Radiation). Heat waves traveling path depend on material.
Heat wave can not be reflective by mirror because it heat is a property not material like light which is reflective.
