Dear friends heat wave can travel in a vacuum. If not then how the Vacuum oven exist?

Heat travels through vacuum by radiation and its reflection from mirror is also explained by its wave nature (radiation-mode on heat conduction).

If heat wave doesn't travel through vacuum then how would heat transfer take place like in vacuum evaporator and other vaccum based equipments?

After some researches, its seems like heat can pass through the vacuum as well. The example we can take that the heat waves are coming on the earth by vacuum. And the vacuum is in between the two bodies like earth and sun!

I think lens term is the best use instead of a mirror.
Ray is reflected by lenses that mean heat energy changes the direction.

I think reflection occurs because mirror is solid so, emissive power value we get something which is radiation.

@All.
Please read the question again, the answer excluded "A" because it says "can not". If there is " can" only in the answer, option "D" would have been "All". Heat can travel through a vacuum.

1. Heat transfer can be occurred by 3 ways convection, conduction, radiation. In a vacuum, heat can be transfer through radiation.
2. Glass is a bad conductor of heat.

Yes Vivek glass is bad conductor of heat hence it is used as insulation for hot tempered pipelines in industries.

Heat radiation travels in a straight line at the speed of light. It will only travel through transparent media, like air, glass, water.
Sunlight reaches the earth atmosphere as it travels all along outer atmosphere which is in a vacuum.
Light is also a form of energy, if we concentrate light over substance at one point then it catches fire because of heat.
