Its very simple. See that:
20*16 = 320. work done by women.
16*15 = 240. work done by men.
Ratio = 320/240 = 4/3. Answer.

As per question:
20W = 16 days and 16M = 15 days.
So W = 16/20 and M = 15/16.
So M/W = 15/20 = 3/4.
So ratio is 4:3.

Since the ratio has been asked between man and woman which is 1/240, 1/320 per day respectively. That is it Pavan.

Ratio of man and woman is asked here, but not woman and man. So the answer will be 3:4 (option A).
