Let y second number is 100, 50% is more i.e; 150.
So, 120 : 150 is 4 : 5.

OPTION:C.
Let the third number be x.
20%x = 0.2x (and the number is more than a third of the number that is x) then,
=>x+0.2x = 1.2x,
50%x = 0.5x,
=>x+0.5x = 1.5x.
12:15=>4:5
