Here 2=20 and 3=30 and 5=50.

It can be solve in ay method:
2 * 115 : 3 * 11 : 5 * 120.
= 2 * 23 : 3 * 22 : 5 * 24.
= 23 : 33 : 60.
2 * 115 : 3 * 11 : 5 * 120.

In this example mentioned 15% increase. That happened we are writing 115.
In case here mentioned loss/decrease 15% in this case we are write 85.

Here is my explanation.
Let the salaries be 2:3:5 into 200:300:500.
Then on increment, we can easily find the extra.
For eg 15%increment on A means 30 direct 10% increment in B means 30 and 20 % increment in C means 100 thus, it will be after increment 230:330:600 results in 23 : 33 : 60.
