If 25---->2.5.
1000......> (?).
(1000/25)*2.5 = 100.
1000......> (?).
(1000/25)*2.5 = 100.

1 km=1000 meter.
In case of B- 1000 meter/25 = 40.
Now in case of A 40*22.5 = 900 meter.
1000-900 = 100.
So defeat by 100 meter.
In case of B- 1000 meter/25 = 40.
Now in case of A 40*22.5 = 900 meter.
1000-900 = 100.
So defeat by 100 meter.

1 kilometer = 1000 m.
1000*22.5/25 = 900.
Then 1000-900 = 100 m.
1000*22.5/25 = 900.
Then 1000-900 = 100 m.

Very easy:
25*40=1000(1 km)
22.5*40=900
(1000-900)=100m.
25*40=1000(1 km)
22.5*40=900
(1000-900)=100m.

For 25m a can give a lead of 2.5m the for 100m a can give b a lead of (4*2.5) 10m. For 1000m(1km) a can give a lead of (10*10) 100m.

Here the simple solution.
Out of 25 A beats B by (25-22. 5=2. 5).
Out of 25 A beats B by 2. 5.
Then out of 10000=?
Ans;100*2. 5/25 = 100 m.
Out of 25 A beats B by (25-22. 5=2. 5).
Out of 25 A beats B by 2. 5.
Then out of 10000=?
Ans;100*2. 5/25 = 100 m.

A runs=22.5=(22.5*10)/10=45/2(multiply and divide with 10 both numerator and denominator)
B runs=25m
then 45/2------25
1 part=25*2/45
=10/9
B beats a=(9/10)*1000metres
900metres
so 1000-900=100 points B beat by A
B runs=25m
then 45/2------25
1 part=25*2/45
=10/9
B beats a=(9/10)*1000metres
900metres
so 1000-900=100 points B beat by A
