= 40.
40 quantity of time he took to reach destiny in same time how much B have reached?
B distance = 22.5*4 = 900.
Finally distance is a-b = 1000-900 = 100.

Tell me, if this is correct or not.
The ratio of A: B is 22.5:25.
But the question says if b covers 1000 m what distance the A will cover.
So, 25=1000.
22.5=x.
Cross multiply.
X=1000*22.5/25,
= 900.
So, the difference is 1000-9000.
= 100m.

This is very simple.
A wins 40 times by B (1000/25) in a 1km race.
In each session B lack by 2.5 i.e, (25-22.5).
So totally in a km race, B lack by A is:2.5*40 that is 100.

It means that A has won the race.
Relative difference =25-22.5=2.5
Thus for 25m---------->2.5

For 25m a can give a lead of 2.5m the for 100m a can give b a lead of (4*2.5) 10m. For 1000m(1km) a can give a lead of (10*10) 100m.
