To solve this question, you can use the formula:
Length of train = (Speed of train * Time taken to cross the pole).
Given:
Speed of train = 60 km/hr.
Time taken to cross the pole = 9 seconds.
First, convert the speed from km/hr to m/s.
60 km/hr = 60*(5/18) = 50/3 m/s.
Now, plug the values into the formula:
Length of train = (50/3 * 9).
Length of train = 150 meters.
Therefore, the length of the train is 150 meters.

Here, 60km/h = 60 * 1000/3600 m/s.

60 * (5/18) = 50/3.
Speed = Distance/ Time.
Distance = Speed * Time = (50/3) * 9,
= 150 m.
Speed = Distance/ Time.
Distance = Speed * Time = (50/3) * 9,
= 150 m.

The train is running at 60 km per hour and it crosses the poll in 9 seconds to calculate the length of the train the formula is length = speed * time
let's calculate;
60 km = 60000 m.
60 min = 60 * 60 = 3600 sec,
let's calculate speed per second:
60000/ 3600 = 16.666666 = 16.666666 m/s.
In one second train covered the 16.666666 m.
so the train crossed the poll in 9 second.
so;
16.666666 * 9 = 150.
let's calculate;
60 km = 60000 m.
60 min = 60 * 60 = 3600 sec,
let's calculate speed per second:
60000/ 3600 = 16.666666 = 16.666666 m/s.
In one second train covered the 16.666666 m.
so the train crossed the poll in 9 second.
so;
16.666666 * 9 = 150.

1km = 1000m.
1hour = 3600sec.
1000/3600 = 5/18 mps.
1hour = 3600sec.
1000/3600 = 5/18 mps.
