How 5/18 came I will explain.
1 km = 1000 m.
1hr = 60min.
1 min = 60sec.
60min = 3600 sec.
1000/3600 = 5/18.
(Cancelling two zeroes up and down and 2 * 5 = 10 and 2 * 18 = 36).
1 km = 1000 m.
1hr = 60min.
1 min = 60sec.
60min = 3600 sec.
1000/3600 = 5/18.
(Cancelling two zeroes up and down and 2 * 5 = 10 and 2 * 18 = 36).

Calculation: 60× (5 / 18)
Simplify:
(60×5)/18
Cancel common factors:
60 and 18 have a common factor of 6:
(10×6)×5/(3×6)
Cancel 6:
(10×5)/3 = 50/3.
Simplify:
(60×5)/18
Cancel common factors:
60 and 18 have a common factor of 6:
(10×6)×5/(3×6)
Cancel 6:
(10×5)/3 = 50/3.

Speed = 60 km/h = 60 * 5/18
= 50/3 m/s.
Time taken = 9 sec.
Length = speed * time = 50/3 * 9.
=150 m.
= 50/3 m/s.
Time taken = 9 sec.
Length = speed * time = 50/3 * 9.
=150 m.

@All Everyone,
For the people who asking how 5/18 came?
It is used to convert KMPH to MPS
Let me explain how and when to use it. The hint is in the Answers we can see 60 km/hr and answers in Meters.
If it's Vise Versa we will use 18/5 to get the answer in Kmph.

To find the length of the train, we use the formula is Distance=Speed×Time.
Given:
Speed of the train = 60 km/hr.
Time taken to cross the pole = 9 seconds.
Since 1 km/hr = (5/18) m/s, we convert:
60 X 5 / 18 = 300 / 18 = 16.67 m/s.
Since the train crosses a pole (which means the length of the train itself is covered in the given time):
Length of train = 16.67 × 9 = 150 meters.
